RemyndOwl lets you scan invoices, track warranty and bill expiry dates, and receive reminders. A free plan supports up to 15 assets; RemyndOwl Plus is an optional paid subscription that adds unlimited assets and family sharing.

You must provide accurate information to create an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

Paid subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their respective payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date, and can be managed from your App Store or Play Store account settings. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for users in India.

You retain ownership of the invoices, photos and data you upload. You grant RemyndOwl a limited license to process this content solely to provide the App’s features (extraction, storage, reminders). You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of content you upload.

• Don’t use the App for unlawful purposes or to upload content you don’t have the right to share.
• Don’t attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems.
• Don’t use automated tools to scrape or abuse the AI scanning feature.

RemyndOwl helps you keep track of warranty and bill dates, but AI-extracted data may occasionally be inaccurate, and reminders can be delayed by device settings, connectivity or notification permissions. Always verify important dates against your original invoice or warranty document before relying on them, especially for claims.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RemyndOwl is not liable for missed warranty claims, financial loss, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
